  • Annual Plan policy holders’ redemption of the Flexiroam X Starter Pack with 1GB data is limited to only once (1) within the duration of their policy
  • Repeat customers will receive 1GB of roaming data for each purchase, but will not be eligible for a new eSIM / Microchip / SIM.
  • All shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Alternatively, self-collection is also available at Flexiroam’s office, Monday to Friday from 10am - 5pm.

An eSim is a SIM-card that is embedded in your mobile device. This feature is currently only compatible with iPhone XS, XS Max, XR, iPad Pro 2018, Google Pixel 3 and 3XL only.

X SIM is recommended for dual SIM phones, whereas the X Microchip works best with single SIM phones

The 3 day period activates on the same day as your travel protection policy. For annual plan policy holders, you may choose your activation date.
